This is Endell Street Studio.
We’re a recording space based in Soho, London. Our goal is simple – we use music creation as a tool to engage and support clients, helping them reach their potential and realise their ambitions.
We’re not traditional. We’re not typical. We are driven by a social purpose. We feel that everyone should have the opportunity to pursue their aspirations. And we are here to help with just that.
We work extensively with artists who have experienced homelessness providing support with recording, producing, mixing and mastering. But we are more than sound. We can also help produce visual content and assist clients with building a social media profile, with a view to releasing as independent artists.
The studio provides a professional, safe and relaxed environment to explore and develop musical creativity through a combination of informal self-led learning and structured short courses, guided by an experienced professional.
We also run a variety of workshops and structured courses advertised through St Mungo's Recovery Colleges and have worked in collaboration with the Amy Winehouse Foundation for a number of years providing recording opportunities to 18-25 year olds.
Other collaborations include the WOMAD Foundation, WEA and Local Authority Projects.
